Can We Fix Our National Debt
Our national debt has hit an all time high at $14.3 trillion, an amount that can no longer be ignored. Each year, Congress spends more money than the money brought in as income, which leads to a deficit in our national budget. To cover expenses and the spending habits of Congress, money is borrowed and the total national debt goes up.
